The Trading Path Association is a non-profit corporation chartered by the State of North Carolina and approved by the IRS as being a 501 (C)(3), tax exempt organization. It enjoys broad-based support at the national, state and local levels of government, among related conservation NGOs, and among academics familiar with the importance of the subject.
